Refund policy

Customers have 10 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks or damage. The item must also be returned in its original packaging or bag.

Returns are not accepted for any item that has been worn. Following the provided aftercare instructions is the responsibility of the customer; failure to do so voids eligibility for a return or refund.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
