1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time begins once payment confirmation is received.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Weight and dimensions of package

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information or failure to track your package.


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using Australia Post. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time without notice.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be paid by you.

If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control

  • Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier that you did not receive

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you by providing tracking information and opening a carrier inquiry upon request. However, we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement for packages lost by the carrier.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are your sole responsibility.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Seizure of packages by customs

  • Refunds or replacements for packages refused due to customs fees

By placing an international order, you agree to pay all applicable customs fees.


8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange reshipment:

  • Incorrect address provided by you

  • Customer refused delivery

  • Unclaimed package at carrier pickup location

Reshipment costs will be paid by you. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.


10. Shipping to P.O. Boxes 

We ship to P.O. Boxes .Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.


11. Free Shipping (If Applicable)

We offer free shipping on orders over  $100 . Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within Australia.  Expedited shipping and international orders are excluded unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel free shipping offers at any time without notice.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time without individual notice to you. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when changes were made.
